The listings here are for 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartment communities managed by Reeder Management, Inc., that come under the HUD/Subsidized Housing umbrella. All Reeder Management, Inc. properties receive the the same high level of care. We have been managing Low Income housing since 1984. We have properties in Pierce, King and Kitsap Counties. Subsidized HousingCurrently all of our low income housing is on a waiting list, we have no vacancies at this time.
PRELIMINARY APPLICATION If you are interested in applying for our Pierce County waiting list you can come to our office in Lakewood, and pick up an application, you fill out the application bring it back with the required documentation and your name goes on the list.
